Bitbean is actively hiring Engagement Leads to work with clients on custom software solutions. The Engagement Lead is a highly visible and crucial role which is responsible for the day to day operations of our client engagements. It blends elements of project management, product management, user experience design, technology, and client-facing sales and account management.
This is not easy! -- it requires quick thinking, strong organizational skills, pragmatic problem solving and deep empathy for clients and for Bitbean’s developers. We are looking for people with an unusual blend of skills: curiosity, hunger for learning, imagination, creativity, assertiveness, and above all, humility -- you have to know what you don’t know! Engagement Leads can come from anywhere -- some are former developers or designers while others have completely non-technical backgrounds. Their most important trait is the ability to see the big picture and the small picture simultaneously -- to grasp a client’s business needs and propose solutions that meet them, and to be able to understand and appreciate details while keeping the broader context in mind.
